Urgent Opening for a Leading Infrastructure Company- Head HSE (Roads and Highways)

Position- Head HSE
Experience- Minimum 15years of experience
CTC- Negotiable
Location- Mumbai

Job Profile-
Leading the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of a safety culture.
Building strategic and operational capability and focus of the overall health safety and environmental function.
Leading the development and implementation of group Health, Safety & Environment policy, strategies, systems and standards and initiatives
Drive the identification & communication of safety and environment responsibilities & accountabilities for critical roles
Build awareness of a safety culture among leaders, and actively contribute to its development through awareness, leadership & accountability so that Safety 1st is the primary driver of all behavior
Strategically analyse results gathered by internal audits
Support the development of implementation plans for roll out of Safety and Environmental strategic initiatives and support the monitoring of its performance
Management of SPV-wise operational safety and environmental risk processes and management
Lead the identification and implementation of appropriate systems or initiatives to understand risk exposure to business (risk profiling or modelling)
Ensure relevant accreditations are maintained and not compromised (i.e. ISO14001)
Establish SPV-wide Incident management response standards
Provide SPV-wide strategic and organization specialist safety and environmental knowledge and expertise
Create clarity of a vision of the future with direct subordinates, colleagues, operational managers and external stakeholders.
