  1. Number of LTI cases = 2
  2. Number of people (employees + contractors) on site in rolling 12 months = 40
  3. Quantity of manhours worked:
    365  (# of days) * 12 (hr/day) * 40 (employees + contractors) = 175200 manhours

Result:

2 * 1 000 000 / 175200 = 11.42 LTIF
