Lifting Gear Survey Manual – Maersk Contractors

The objective of this manual is to describe Maersk Contractors’ minimum requirements for the inspection and testing of specified items of lifting gear.
The requirements stated in this manual are the minimum to be applied and do not replace any that may be otherwise defined by Classification Society or other bodies which are, by law or by contractual terms, to be complied with.

Application
This manual is applicable to all operating units within the Maersk Contractors organisation.
