Material Management Manual – Maersk Contractors

The objective of this manual is to describe the principles, the organization, the system and the ruling procedures pertaining to the materials management activities within the whole Maersk Contractors organization.
Sections are also included (numbered 5 and following) relating to the use of the P3M system. These sections are only applicable to those operating units and areas where the P3M system is in use.

Application

This manual is applicable to all staff involved with the management, planning, execution and control of materials activities performed within the Maersk Contractors organization.
