CP-201 – Enterprise Knowledge Management Code of Practice – PDO

This Code of Practice describes the approach to enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) and will be used for delivering best practice Knowledge Management across PDO. It includes the principles, governance, and methodology for implementation.

The PDO enterprise KM approach follows the guidelines of the Knowledge Management Institute (KMI), the American Quality Productivity Centre (AQPC), and the UK CBI Best Practice standards for Knowledge Management.

The lessons learned and critical success factors of the early delivered CPD KM Pilots have also been applied in the writing of this Code of Practice.
