GU-458 – Well Engineering Combined Operations HSE Case – PDO

For the purpose of the PDO Well Engineering Operations the definition of the HSE Case is:

“An Operation specific demonstration of the HSE Management System in action, documenting that risk levels are tolerable and have been, or will be reduced to As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP)”

The HSE Case constitutes formal health, safety, and environmental assessment of the PDO’s Combined Well Engineering Operations.

This Case has been complied by PDO to assure itself, its workforce, contractors, and other stakeholders that the execution of Well Engineering Operations is consistent with the requirement for safe and responsible management considering the health and safety of the employees and the public, and the conservation of the environment during operations.
