SP-1257 – Work at Height & Access – PDO

This Specification describes PDO’s requirements for:

• Working at Height
• Temporary Access Equipment (Scaffolding, Ladders, Powered Access, etc)
• Roped Access
• Personal Fall Protection Equipment

This Specification applies to all activities involving scaffolding (onshore and offshore), working at heights undertaken by PDO, and Contractor/Sub-Contractor personnel authorized to work on behalf of PDO.
Although this Specification is focused on “Construction Contracts”, it applies equally to all similar activities, whether for maintenance, production operations or any other purpose.
