Open Hole Barricade Poles Innovation in Mining

Barminco has been working hard to bring safety and innovative ideas generated within the company to fruition and they’re proud to roll out their industry-leading Open Hole Barricade Poles.

These barricades are a great and unique innovation, currently manufactured in-house, and have been designed with safe manual handling in mind in that they come in two easy-to-install components.

The Barricade Poles are designed as the last line of defense to ensure no manned equipment is able to access an open edge and have so far proven that a fully loaded loader can be successfully stopped in its tracks. Additionally, they have formulated a 3-bollard standard to ensure that the bollard spacing will be applicable to all other vehicles they deploy in their operations.
