HSE Event Reporting and Management – QHSE Standard – Saxon

This standard defines Saxon Energy Services Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “Saxon”) standards and expectations relating to the effective management of health, safety, or environment (HSE) Events in order to provide appropriate care for injured or ill Saxon Employees and minimize negative impact to the organization. This standard includes requirements pertaining to HSE Event reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, corrective/follow‐up action, and compliance monitoring.

Scope

This standard is applicable to all Saxon operations worldwide and is recommended for any joint ventures where Saxon manages or co‐manages the operations.
Historically, Saxon used two QHSE Software Applications for HSE Event reporting and management: QUEST and SIIMS. As of Q4 2013, QUEST became Saxon’s single, global application.
