Establishing HSE KPIs & KBIs – WBC

This Guideline provides advice on the setting environment, health, and safety (EHS) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Behaviour Indicators (KBIs).
It should be used when setting KPIs for any business unit group, from corporate targets, to site and workgroup targets. It should also be used to set KPIs and KBIs incorporated into individual performance agreements and those included in contract payment schemes.
This Guide provides advice on the use of both lead and lag indicators of EHS performance.
