GU-364 – Vendor Registration Guidelines – PDO

PDO maintains a list of approved Vendors for the supply of products and services for its oil and gas operations throughout Oman. The qualification of Vendors with PDO intends to ensure that Contracts are awarded to proven, technically capable, and financially viable Vendors.

Vendors can apply for registration following their submission of a winning bid via https://srm.pdo.co.om i.e. post-contract award registration or prior to participation in any tender i.e. pre-contract award. In both cases, Vendors will be assessed for competency and registered accordingly.

The purpose of this document is to ensure that the registration procedures for Vendors are implemented and provides an overview to the applicant vendors about the documents’ submittal requirements, items, areas, discipline, functions, topics, etc that are covered by PDO during the evaluation and assessment process for registration and inclusion in the approved list.
