SP-2167 – Specification for Fire Water Pumps/Package – PDO

This standard specification covers the minimum requirements for the design, engineering, fabrication, assembly, inspection, testing, painting, transportation to the port of entry in Oman, and supervision of erection and commissioning of Firewater pumps/packages with the driver (Engine/Motor) and other auxiliaries. These Fire Water pumps/Package (includes Motor-driven Jockey Pumps, Motor-driven fire water pumps, Diesel engine driven fire water pumps along with
controllers, diesel day tank & auxiliaries as a minimum) shall be installed at various onshore fields for Petroleum Development Oman LLC (PDO).

Note: This specification does not cover, the requirements for offshore firewater package installations.
