Meeting Frequency of the Safety Committee
  • Regular Meetings will take place once per month, unless it is deemed necessary to relax the schedule to less frequent intervals
  • Ad Hoc Meetings can be called if required by urgent circumstances.
Communication before and after the Safety Committee meetings
  • All actions from the Committee will be added to the Action Tracking Software
  • Statistics about closeouts will be shared with the Stakeholders on Quarterly Basis via an appropriate medium
  • Booking of the calendars will be carried out in order to facilitate full participation.
  • The minutes of meetings shall be displayed on the notice board and discussed at the internal meetings. A copy of the minutes shall be sent to the CEO who will respond as required before the next meeting.
