Dear Team,

As you know *your company* adopted *Old BBS Program* by *BBS Program Owner* in 1998, eventually it was implemented across the organization as well as with contractors. Over the years Behavior Based Safety evolved as research found more simpler and effective ways of implementing BBS.

In 2015 *your company* Corporate Health, Safety & Environment department received steer to develop an in-house Behavior Based Safety system that was fit-for-purpose and suited to our working environment.

 In January 2017, the Corporate Operational Safety team launched *New BBS Program* – a completely customized and lean approach to Behavior Based Safety that was designed by the people, for the people of *your company* and its contractor community.

*New BBS Program* has been piloted on 2 of our Units throughout 2017.

 A sustainability review was conducted after 8 months that involved over 400 personnel from the pilot locations. The results proved the system was a success.

 And now the time has come to implement this successful tool across all our fleet and facilities.

 Currently you are being trained on how to use *New BBS Program* Database Software as well as how to actively intervene and report using *New BBS Program* best practices.

 Therefore please start using *New BBS Program* as soon as all your team on the Unit is successfully trained by our own internal Trainers who have been through comprehensive Train the Trainer training conducted by *New BBS Program* Support Team.

 It is expected that by 01.05.2500 *New BBS Program* will be successfully run on all *your company* Units and Camps.
