Code of conduct in the Campsite

Campsite management kindly asks dear guests to follow the following house rules:

Scheduled Activities

  • Peace & quiet periods:
    • 08 30– 18 30;
    • 20 30 – 05 00;
  • Meal times:
    • 05 00 – 08 30;
    • 12 00 – 13 00;
    • 16 00 – 18 00;
    • 18 30 – 20 30;
  • Room Cleaning:
    • 05 30 – 08 30
    • 16 30 – 19 00

Personal Responsibilities

  • Noise from TV, Radio, Mobile Phone or any electronic device must be reduced in order not to disturb crews in neighboring rooms;
  • Removal of shower mats is not permitted, in order to prevent slip and falls in the bath rooms;
  • Do not flush any objects down the toilets, in order to prevent blockage of sewage systems;
  • Using provided ladders for ascending to/descending from top bunks is highly encouraged;
  • Each camp member is to be properly dressed;
  • Boots for crew leaving for off-days must be put into the cupboards next to emergency exist;
  • Boots for off-duty crew must be put into the provided boxes at the entrance to the caravan;
  • Please respect one another by using appropriate language and behavior at all times;
  • Consume of alcohol and drugs is forbidden at all times;
    • Un-announced tests can be carried any time by Company Management along with ROP;

Laundry

  • Cloth to be washed needs to be left outside of the room by Crew;
  • Form containing Laundry Bag content to be filled and attached to the bag;
  • Washed laundry is returned in the evening;

Dining

  • The cafeteria is a public area and all persons should wear shoes and be appropriately clothed;
  • No dirty coveralls to be worn while dining;
  • Meal timing & duration must be adhered. Guests are not permitted to stay longer at the dining room due to preparation for the next meal;
  • Cooking in the rooms is not permitted;

Equipment

  • Modifications to the camp furniture, bulkheads are not permitted for any Crewmember;
  • Use of equipment powered via 2 pin plugs is not permitted;
  • Removing company equipment from Camps without authorization is not permitted;
  • Broken equipment must be reported to Campboss;
  • Room  inventory control is done on the day of your departure and any kind of damage or disappearance is subject to fines;

Outdoor Activities

  • Equipment for Outdoor activities can be found with Camp Boss;
  • Bonfires are to be set only by Catering Personnel in allocated locations, all fires must be totally extinguished by Catering Personnel prior to completing duty;
  • Personnel walking in the dark must be wearing reflective jackets from CampBoss;
  • Smoking is permitted in allocated area;

Vehicles

  • No private vehicles are allowed for commuting to/from camp;
  • The speed limit for vehicles driving through the campsite is 5 km/h. Pedestrians in the campsite have the right of way over vehicles.
  • Use allocated car parking, reverse parking is enforced;

Environment

  • Garbage is to be put in waste bins in Rooms;
  • Garbage from rooms to be discarded to colour coded waste skips;

Security

  • Company Management is not responsible for loss or theft, therefore, please secure your valuables. Any incident of the kind must be reported to ROP by affected individual;
  • Lost & Found items to be given to Camp Boss;
  • Any loss of equipment must be reported to Camp Boss;
  • Fighting is considered as major misconduct;
  • Use of Mobile signal boosters is not permitted as per Law, same  can be confiscated if discovered;
  • For security and safety reasons, outside doors as well as the fire doors in the camp must not be propped open at any time;

Emergency

  • Drills in the Camp will be announced in advance;
  • All personnel are requested to muster as per Muster Sheet;
  • Any adverse medical conditions to be reported to Camp Medic;
  • All personnel are permitted to use Fire Alarm to raise awareness of Fire or any other emergency that can affect all personnel staying in Camp;
  • Fire alarms and equipment are for emergency use only – do not tamper with these systems or equipment;
  • Using Bukhoor is not permitted as it triggers Camp fire alarm;
  • Company Emergency Number is: 123456798 or simply 911;

Crewmembers as well as Guests who do not follow these house rules might face adminstrative consequences.
