The employer shall ensure that compressed air, compressed oxygen, liquid air, and liquid oxygen used for respiration meets with the following specifications:
Content & Acceptable Threshold
Oxygen : 19.5 – 23.5%
Carbon Monoxideshall: not exceed 5 ppm
Carbon Dioxideshall : not exceed 500 ppm
Oil Mist :shall not exceed 0.5 mg/m3
Odour: Lack of noticeable odour
