SafeWork NSW

SafeWork NSW is the New South Wales Government workplace health and safety regulator. The agency works with the NSW community to reduce work-related fatalities, serious injuries, and illnesses, making it easier for businesses to operate safely. SafeWork NSW provides workplace safety advice, issues licenses for potentially hazardous work, investigates incidents, enforces health and safety laws, and offers testing services. Their mission is to promote and uphold high standards of workplace safety and support workers and employers throughout New South Wales.
