Management HSE Commitment

• Safety: Visible participation of the (senior) management of their organization’s improvement efforts. Their participation may include establishing and serving on an HSE committee, establishing HSE policies and goals, deploying goals to lower levels of the organization, providing the resources and training that the lower levels need to achieve the goals, participating in quality improvement teams, and reviewing progress organization-wide.
