Most incidents involve a mix of at-risk behaviours and system conditions — and both can be observed, discussed and fixed. This course teaches you how to run respectful safety observations, hold feedback conversations that work, intervene on anyone at any level, and apply Life-Saving Rules as they were meant: to save lives, not to assign blame.
