Heat Illness Prevention

Heat kills workers every summer, and most of the dead are in their first days on the job. This course covers how heat illness develops, how to recognize the spectrum from heat rash to heat stroke, how to respond when someone goes down, and how water, shade, acclimatization and smart scheduling keep crews safe.
