Scaffold collapses and falls from platforms remain among the most common serious construction incidents, and scaffold rules are cited by OSHA year after year. This course walks through 29 CFR 1926 Subpart L: capacity, sound foundations, full planking, fall protection, safe access, inspection by a competent person, and the special rules for erectors and rolling scaffolds.
