Interview Prep: now adapts to your industry

The Interview Preparation tool now filters its content based on the industry you've picked. If you choose retail, healthcare, or aviation, you'll no longer see rig-floor and well-control material that doesn't apply to your interview. Drilling-specific KPIs (BOP test compliance, IWCF certification, well control drills, H2S drills), drilling-specific tabs, and flashcard categories all hide themselves when they're not relevant to your sector. For the eight highest-volume sectors — oil and gas upstream and offshore, construction, chemical, healthcare, aviation, maritime, and mining — we've added Manager-level industry-specific question banks. These appear underneath the universal Manager questions when you pick one of those industries, with topics like CDM Client duties for construction, MOC discipline for chemicals, PSIRF alignment for healthcare, SMS-and-Just-Culture for aviation, the DPA vs Master authority question for maritime, and Ground Control Management Plan governance for mining. If you're preparing across sectors, a new 'Show all industries' toggle in the profile panel turns the filtering off so you can see everything.
