Fixed: pages that wouldn't load and broken content links

We fixed an issue where some published pages could show an error or fail to load for visitors. Those pages now open reliably. We also made older or mistyped links to articles, incidents, events, vacancies, businesses, classifieds, and courses automatically take you to the correct page instead of showing a 'page not found' error.
