Three additions to the Interview Preparation tool. Industry-specific hazards in the Hazards tab. Picking your industry now surfaces the sector-defining hazards alongside the universal ones. Selecting Healthcare brings up Sharps and Bloodborne Pathogens, Patient Manual Handling, Infection Prevention and Control, Workplace Violence, Medical Gas, and Patient Falls. Selecting Mining brings up Ground Control, Haul Truck Interaction, Silica Dust, and Explosives. Selecting Aviation brings up Ramp Operations, FOD, Jet Blast, and Fatigue. Selecting Maritime brings up Mooring Snap-back, Confined Tank entry, Gangway Transfer, and Cargo Operations. All 23 industries have their own sector-specific hazard cards now. New Competency tab. Shows separately what the HSE Professional and the Operations Team in your industry are expected to hold — certifications, technical knowledge, behavioural skills. Mandatory items are flagged; reference standards are noted. Useful for scoping contractor pre-qualification and for thinking about your own development plan. Covers all 23 industries. Version footer at the bottom of the tool. A subtle line showing the current build version so you know what you're looking at when reporting feedback.
