Clearer call-to-action on the home page featured article

The home page featured-article hero card now has a visible 'Read more →' cue at the bottom of the card. Previously the whole card was tappable but there was no clear visual signal of that, especially on mobile. The CTA reads as a button without changing the existing behavior - tapping anywhere on the card still opens the article.
