Calculator Update: Enter Pyramid Numbers at Any Level

The HSE Observation Card Calculator now lets you enter your incident count at any level of the safety pyramid — not just fatalities. If your organization tracks near misses or recordable injuries instead, you can enter those numbers directly and the calculator will work out all the other levels for you using the selected pyramid model's ratios. The pyramid display has also been redesigned with a proper triangular shape and color-coded severity bands so it's easier to read at a glance.
