Site Fix: Navigation Now Works on the First Click

We've fixed a bug that was making the site feel broken — many links required two or three clicks before the page would actually change, and sometimes an error would appear on screen. Navigation now works on the first click across every page. We've also made the site lighter on network connections, which should make pages feel faster, especially on busy networks or slower devices.
