Daily
- PTW Audit;
- Hazard Hunt Tour;
- Training for Internal Trainings;
- Coaching for BBS (i.e. STOP, Ihtimam);
- Closeout personal open actions;
- Closeout Unit open actions;
- Review Daily BBS Cards on the Unit;
- Participate in Conference Calls;
- Participate in TBTs;
- Quality check BBS Program Cards for allocated Units;
- Quality check Lifting plans;
- Facilitate Risk Assessments;
- EDM & request amendments to reflect reality;
Weekly
- Camp Inspections;
- Safety Meeting presentation preparation’;
- Uploading HSE material to TVs;
- Quality check on DROPs checks’;
- Conduct Drill on Unit;
- Conduct Drill on Camp;
- Produce weekly Hazard Hunt Report;
- Participates in Camp Inspections;
- Participate in Safety Meeting on UNit and Camp;
- Quality check Chemical Management;
- Quality check Lifting Gear Management;
Monthly
- HSE report from Unit;
- Ensures that all certificates of HSE equipment is in place;
- Maintain records and documentation for assigned unit (e-CCC, e-WCAT, ) & follow up to close gaps;
- Monitor all HSE related Alerts, Posters, materials, Notice Boards;
- Quality check IVMS for allocated Units & flag violations;
Quarterly
- Conduct Contractor Training verification for allocated Units;
6-Monthly
- Ensure Lifting Equipment Inspections are carried out as per requirements;
- Monitor quality of DROPs inspections
As Required
- Prepares allocated Units for audits;
- Rollout HSE Campaigns as per PDO requirements;
- Facilitate Incident Investigations;
- Verify Pre-Spud checks;
- Verify Rig Move checks;
