Screwing your furniture to the wall.
It sounds wacky, but if you have a small child, you’ll understand. Children are natural explorers, and climbing is a requirement for hardcore exploration. But most of our furniture is top-heavy, with dressers, bookcases, and HD and 4K TVs being some of the worst offenders. If a child were to climb on them, the furniture could topple and fall, crushing the child underneath.
Anchoring your furniture to the wall with a few screws prevents the furniture from falling, and allows for a much safer adventure for the child. Just head over to your local hardware store and buy whatever you need to get the job done. Or hire a contractor if DIY isn’t your thing.
Just remember this: you can fix misplaced wall holes, but you can’t fix a dead child!

Having fall arrest inertia reel connected to the Manrider on the drilling unit, as a mean of a secondary retention.
Manriding winches are quite safe, IF

  • Preventive maintenance is done;
  • all pre-checks are done;
  • Personnel trained
  • moving equipment stopped,
  • limitations respected;
