• Check Comply Confirm – set of pre-defined checks for focus areas to be carried out by Supervisors & Verified by various level of management.
• Safety Support Center – CCTV monitoring for the critical activities by Management to identify possibilities for improvement

Incidents

• Review of monthly Incidents with all Contractor Leadership as well as HSE Managers
• Individual Incident Review by Client Leadership
• Sharing Learning from Incidents with all contractor Mangement

Engagement

• Field Visit on regular basis by Management with pre-defined scope

Arm band to be on the violator issued initially by HSE or Supervisor, a kind of Shame Mark.
The violator can pass it to anyone he observes and stops acting unsafely.
