Ladder safety, any points to consider?

We can minimise the hazards if the ladder is:

• Top of the ladder at a solid surface
• Wooden ladder near cables.
• Min 1.5 meter above step off point
• Tie off at top if possible
• Ladder register and monthly inspection.
• Do not paint a wooden ladder
• Proper equipments to raise the materials
• Only one person at a time.
• Rungs clear of grease.
• Etc
