As an HSE Intern, you will be an integral part of the Health and Safety Office, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the implementation and enhancement of health, safety, and environmental initiatives within a university setting. This internship is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of HSE management, including risk assessments, safety training, compliance monitoring, and emergency response planning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in conducting safety inspections and risk assessments across all facilities.
  2. Collaborate with the HSE team to develop and update safety procedures and guidelines.
  3. Support the planning and execution of safety training sessions for staff and students.
  4. Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
