Project: This is a commercial building project in Serilingampally Mandal Hyderabad. Total build-up area is 58,54,906 Sft. & site area is 25 Acres.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding and directing the development and implementation of health and safety policies, strategies, programs and standards.
• Keeping staff fully informed of the health and safety program and applicable legislative and assurance requirements.
• Ensuring adequate procedures are implemented to evaluate the adequacy of health and safety compliance and performance across the programme.
• Managing directly the contractor and consultants in all aspects of health and safety.
• Identifying and controlling significant loss producing exposures, providing summary strategic reports and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Playing a visible role in health and safety leadership and direction to the project.
• Providing guidance and recommendation to all business units.
• Liaising and interacting with the client and key stakeholders.
• Keeping fully informed of all existing and proposed changes in applicable regulations and legislation.

About you

You will have a degree or diploma qualification in safety and be a member of a professional body. You have extensive experience as a health and safety manager in delivering commercial office projects. You have advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods. You have experience of leading health and safety function of commercial project 2 million sqft across the complete construction stage till handover of the project. You have experience of working on projects 80m high.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have cost or commercial management experience in managing major construction projects, including retail and commercial projects within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
