Derrickman Safety Lanyard catches TD

Sequence of events
Oman, 11th July 2023 at 14:35 hrs hoist operation was fishing & while RIH 3-1/2 Drill Pipe and due to some adjustments on Power tong, derrickman decided to have short rest in shaded area of monkey board fence. He disconnected lanyard first and then monkey board fall arrester from safety harness and connected to crown fall arrester line. He took rest in shade of monkey board fence with fall arrester line attached to safety harness.
While AD started to lower the drill pipe stand, fall arrester line got caught on elevator handle which result to pull derrickman off monkey board to drill pipe stand. DM falls down monkey board & luckily harness D ring got engage to elevator handle. Derrickman call/shout to AD to raise up DP stand to recover him to the monkey board safely.
DM come down the monkey board safely by himself. Derrickman has been sent to PAC clinic for preventive checkup, no injury sustained.
