Risk Assesment Catalogue

RA Catalogue. Consists of individual RA forms prepared in MS Word and filed in a dedicated directory (or on In-Sourcing Project website) named RA Catalogue on a computer connected to the main database. (If operated on a standalone PC a daily rolling backup must be made). The Unit Admin is custodian for the RA Catalogue. Files are prepared on the basis of the RA Form and named in accordance with following convention:

Departments:
DR – Drilling
ME – Maintenance
EL – Electrical
SV – Service
TR – Transportation
