Job Overview
Halliburton seeks an ESG Coordinator (HSE) to implement health, safety and environmental policies and guidelines at the Villavicencio, Meta, Colombia location. The role supports operations leadership and ensures compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and maintain health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and guidelines across defined projects and sites.
• Perform hazard identification and risk management; report incidents and conduct investigations and causal analyses.
• Coordinate waste minimization, pollution prevention and control programs, emergency response, and other compliance activities.
• Provide oversight of the Halliburton Management System (HMS) to meet company needs and industry standards.
• Conduct and participate in internal, regulatory and customer audits and inspections.
• Maintain HSE records and perform other administrative duties.
• Provide technical advice, data interpretation, training and process improvement in HSE matters.
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in a HSE-related field, science or engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in oil & gas or manufacturing.
