Role Overview:
The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, mentoring candidates, and helping professionals successfully prepare for ASP and CSP certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured training programs for ASP and CSP exam preparation
• Coach and mentor safety professionals through certification requirements
• Simplify complex safety concepts using practical, real-world examples
• Conduct workshops, mock exams, and progress assessments
• Stay current with BCSP standards and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:
• CSP certification
• 10+ years experience in HSE
• Proven experience in training
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and guide learners toward certification success
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience with exam prep or professional certification coaching
• Virtual and in-person training delivery experience
• Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, or similar sectors
