An HSE&C Advisor (Offshore Rotator) is required for an energy industry client operating in the Caspian/Azerbaijan region. This is a nationals-only position, open exclusively to Azerbaijani nationals.
The HSE&C Advisor monitors contractors to verify that both the contractor’s and the client’s HSSE requirements are being met, ensuring compliance with safety, security, environmental, and regulatory standards across offshore operations.
Monitor contractor compliance with their HSE&C management systems and the client’s contract requirements.
Maintain a visible presence offshore to support effective safety management and proactively promote a strong safety culture.
Verify that client HSSE policies, procedures, and standards are implemented and followed on offshore installations.
Participate in and support incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up actions.
Provide HSE&C advice and guidance to offshore personnel, contractors, and project teams.
Support HSE&C audits, inspections, and risk assessments offshore.
Contribute to emergency response preparedness and offshore safety-critical activities.
Record, report, and track HSE&C performance data and trends.
Must be an Azerbaijan national (nationals-only role).
Relevant HSE&C qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
Experience in offshore HSE within the oil & gas or energy sector is essential.
Ability to work rotational offshore shifts.
Strong knowledge of HSSE management systems, risk management, and offshore safety-critical operations.
Good communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
