Implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines under the direction of Operations leadership.
Support HSE activities at assigned projects, worksites, or locations within the Artificial Lift operations.
Lead and participate in hazard identification, risk assessment, incident reporting and investigation, causal analysis, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, and emergency response activities.
Provide oversight for the integrated management system (HMS), ensuring it meets company needs and applicable industry standards.
Conduct and participate in internal, regulatory, and customer HSE audits and inspections.
Maintain HSE records and perform related administrative duties.
Deliver technical HSE advice, interpret HSE data and trends, support training, and drive process improvement initiatives.
Travel as required to support operations and HSE initiatives.
Undergraduate degree in an HSE-related field, Science, or Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing environments.
Candidates with experience and qualifications exceeding the minimum may be considered for higher-level roles such as HSE Technical Professional or Senior HSE Technical Professional, based on business needs.
