Position: HSE Manager
Location: Emden and Dornum, Germany (Niedersachsen)
About the Opportunity:
NES Fircroft is partnered with a leading EPC company supporting the expansion of existing terminals in Emden and Dornum, Germany. We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager responsible for HSE supervision of a specific terminal when mobilized on site. The HSE Manager will report to the Site Manager, with a reporting line to the HSE Manager in Sandefjord, Norway.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HSE supervision for terminal operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Coordinate HSE activities across site operations
• Report to both Site Manager and HSE Manager in Norway
• Maintain high standards of safety culture and practices
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in HSE discipline
• Degree qualification
• Extensive experience in large Oil & Gas/Terminal projects
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• German language skills preferred
