Job Purpose:
Provide high-quality training, instruction, coaching, mentoring, and competence assessment for offshore and onshore personnel in areas such as Cargo, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation, Safety, Mechanical, Rigging & Lifting, Mooring Master, and MOME. Support nationalization and crew development.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain knowledge and comply with the Management System (GEMS, HSSE).
Assess and support CAS deployment on board.
Develop and deliver training/coaching events for all staff levels.
Perform competence assessments (theoretical/practical) on fleet FPSO units per national/international standards.
Identify and implement best practices in training and assessment.
Apply national/industry standards with innovative use of technology.
Maintain personal skills and support continuous improvement.
Build effective working relationships, ensure welfare and progress of trainees.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, OHS, or related field.
Recognized qualification in training/education (Assessor/Verifier Awards or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas: operational, training, supervisory.
Proven effectiveness in training/coaching technical personnel.
Minimum English proficiency B1 CEFR.
Medically fit for offshore work per GEMS Health Requirements.
Functional Competencies:
Offshore safety management, hazardous substances, hearing conservation, environmental management, competence assurance, helicopter operations, planning work.
