ROLE RESPONSIBILITES
Contribute to the Maintenance of Health, Safety and Management Systems
Implement HSE policies, procedures and programs for offshore operations to monitor, maintain and achieve a safe and healthy work environment.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, including but not limited to, environmental regulations, occupational health and safety and process safety requirements.
Prepare and update Unit HSE plans.
Conduct regular safety meetings, HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with the plans.
Prepare reports and analyze trends related to HSE performance.
Maintaining and up-to-date HSE databases and records.
Contribute to the Maintenance and Development of a Health and Safe Working Environment Promoting the Company Safety
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management in the offshore oil and gas industry.
Experience with international HSE regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 / 45001.
Experience in servicing / maintaining Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE) and Lifesaving Appliances (LSA).
Experience of helicopter operations.
Experience of control and monitoring of all hazardous maintenance activities including hot work and confined space entry.
NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or regional equivalent.
Offshore Emergency Response training may be expected for role (Helideck Landing Officer, Fire-Team / Advanced
Firefighting, Coxswain)
Offshore Personal Survival.
Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level according to the CEFR international standard.
Medically fit according to the Company GEMS ‘Health Requirements to Work Offshore’ Instruction
