What is a “STOP” program in HSE?

It is basically a program invented by Dupont to collect from the workforce about near misses and incidents, and once the data is collected it is a matter of analysis to draw conclusions and prevent a recurrence.
What I personally like is the training provided by Dupont on how to approach the rule-breakers, basically how to intervene in potentially dangerous situations.
