Any SOP on installation of automatic smoke detector system? Maintenance schedule and whether to erect in production areas / populous areas or only in storage areas?

- Installation of auch an equipment must be carried out by technically knowledgable and competent party, that has already developed SOP. In order to ensure professional implementation, I would recommend not to trust such a critical job to anybody, but rather to subject matter experts.
- Maintenance and testing schdelue is usually dictated by OEM, local legislation, client procesures. It can be weekly testing of the detectors, monthly testing of complete system.
- Installation should be carried based on company's risk assessment, in areas where there is a high risk of fire.
