What are the benefits of achieving certification in iso?

There are 2 approaches to obtaining any certification:

1. Process initiated by HSE Professional in order to get either knowledge or to get an extra credit that can be used for having better employment opportunities.

2. Process initiated by the Organization in order to educate employees. 

As far as the First option is concerned, it is true, that an extra cert may really enable you to apply for better positions where there are higher expectations from candidates.

But unfortunately, fellow colleagues fail to realize that spending cash in order to get better returns without having proper market research may be quite an expensive and ungrateful act.

Basically, you may never have any chances to prove your knowledge to potential employers.
