What HSE trainings do i need for my professional development?

I would not recommend spending your money on the trainings as long as you do not have a guaranteed return of investment in a shape of employment or promotion.
As per the requirements (ILO, ISO 45001, legal) an employer is responsible for training his employees in order to reduce the exposure and escalation factors in case exposure is inevitable.
Therefore, you’d better approach the management and get alignment that the organization will benefit from your professional development as an HSE Professional.
