Is any HSE certification required for HSE job in UAE for an environmental engineer?

Get NEBOSH, it doesn’t harm, but as a a Safety Practitioner i can say, theoretical knowledge doesn’t mean Competency of a Practitioner.
I have interviewed an HSE Practitioner, with valid NEBOSH IGC, who could not explain what the Risk is. 🙁
NEBOSH will help you to get an interview, but it will not guarantee recruitment.
