what are the types of incident type A, Type B, Type C, Type D, Type E.

Hi Sagar,
There is no internationally recognized alphabetical incident type identification. Rather, it can be company or even country-specific.
Incidents are differentiated based on the actual or potential impact on the business, mainly categorized as:
- People
- Asset
- Environment
- Reputation
- ...
Besides the categorization, incident impact needs to be somehow quantified to enable measurement. Quantifying can be based on the impact but also the number of historical occurrences.
