Extract from our WhatsApp group:

[11/30, 16:47] Rufat Rustamov. HSE: All incidents should be recordable but reportable those, which is demanded by Law.
[11/30, 17:26] Jeyhun HSE: Reportable incidents in UK are according to RIDDOR 2013 (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences) Regulations is given in the following link. Brief answer is “Deaths and injuries. If someone has died or has been injured because of a work-related accident this may have to be reported. Not all accidents need to be reported, other than for certain gas incidents, a RIDDOR report is required only when: … it results in an injury of a type which is reportable.”  http://www.hse.gov.uk/RIDDOR/reportable-incidents.htm
[11/30, 17:29] Jeyhun HSE: According to OSHA standards, Recordable incidents are those, which result in injuries other than First Aid. So basically MTC and above cases are recordable. All incidents are not recordable, although companies usually have internal reporting as best practice.
